- 20) Other Comments/Info:
- Because of the spread of Alaska, and the small number of people
spread across a very large state. It is hard for us to get together, and
unless you have e-mail, many people don't even realize what a large
hobby the model horse hobby is. This club was started to bring together
us alaskans and unite us in the model horse hobby. To teach people
without the use of internet what IS out there in the hobby. And to
introduce young people into the world of model horses. Model Horses are
a great way to learn responsibility, team work, and TONS of social
skills. We would like to educate people about the model horse and real
horse world. And its a great way for people who don't have real horses,
to have there own horses and to feel apart of the wondrous world of
horses.
